This VR education project aims to transform science education for children by delivering Biology, Physics, and Chemistry content through immersive experiences. Built specifically for virtual reality platforms, the app blends gamification, storytelling, and curriculum-based modules to increase knowledge retention and engagement.

Project Goal

The goal was to design an interface that feels playful and intuitive while ensuring accessibility for young learners. The entire UI was tailored for VR interactions — with clear navigation, large touch zones, and friendly illustrations to reduce cognitive load.

Design Approach

The interface was designed entirely in Figma and optimized for immersive environments. All 2D UI assets, from login screens to lesson selection panels, were created with accessibility and visual consistency in mind. The circular “watch menu” was designed to mimic a wearable device — it appears when users raise their hand, creating a natural and intuitive gesture-based control system.
The app guides users through avatar selection, subject and unit choices, mission tracking, and performance feedback — all delivered in a vibrant, gamified atmosphere to promote repeat engagement.

Outcome

The project resulted in a highly functional VR interface that simplifies navigation for young users while maintaining rich visual storytelling. The design was positively received by the development team and was implemented into both Turkish and English versions of the VR experience. The modular system supports future curriculum expansion and localization with ease.
